Areas of use

Wet abrasive blasting is used where dust on the job side should be minimized, containment sheeting can't be used or blast media clean-up time should be reduced. WBP Wet Blast Pump is the reliable solution for dustless wet abrasive blasting. By the wet abrasive blasting operation, the blast media is moistened prior to impacting the surface and creates up to 92% less dust.

Scope of delivery

BlastRazor Z-50RC abrasive blast machine with remote control, 5m Twinline remote control hose, 5m ExtraBlast-13 abrasive blast hose, NHP-0 nozzle holder, CQP-0 blast hose coupling, NBC-5.0 blast nozzle.
WBP Wet Blast Pump mounted on the portable frame, include a stainless steel air pump with 3:1 pressure ratio, compressed air filter/regulator unit, WBN-MINI-5.0 wet blast nozzle, 5m water hose.
