VAC-7HS blast media recovery system is an electrically operated vacuum blast media recovery system, specially developed for use with mineral blast media, which usually cause higher dust formation. The VAC-7HS blast media recovery system is equipped with an extra powerful side channel blower, an integrated powerful cartridge filter with pulse-jet cleaning, a stand-alone dust pre-separator SC-500 with manual emptying, a 0.3 m3 free-standing storage silo for manual refilling of the blast pot (manual shut-off flap), floor hopper, suction hoses. The VAC-7HS blast media recovery system can be used universally for recycling for further reuse or for a big bag filling station for disposal of the mineral blast media.
Application
The VAC-7HS Abrasive Recovery System is specifically designed to recycle reusable mineral blast media for treatment and reuse or disposal. The blast media is sucked in by the vacuum suction system via a stand-alone dust pre-separator SC-500 and the blast media suitable for reuse is separated from the unusable medium. The reusable blast media is now sucked into the abrasive storage silo, where it is separated from dust and contaminants. From the free-standing storage silo, the collected blast media can be returned to the blast pot for reuse or to a big bag for disposal. The system enables a return of up to 5 tons of mineral blast media per hour over a distance of up to 20 meters. An optional hand-held suction tube with support wheels and handle allows flexible use in areas of the blast room that are difficult to access.
